They let you upload anything to be reviewed and voted on publically. A great tool to help you learn flash animating, get some helpful feedback, and connect with artist, yes?

The users of newgrounds believe it to be like any other site, everything should be HIGH QUALITY, and if you dont "animate" you obviously aren't practicing actionscript and waiting to get the tools to do the art.

They say tools dont make the artist, or the bad mechanic blames his tools, well none of these people tried mouse art, not only is it a worthless skill, but its not pleasing to the eye, why not wait for a tablet?

What great artist made something with a mouse? Who are the greats? And dont all these guys have either tablets, or animate by paper?

Yes you can make quality with a mouse, but notice that all good mouse drawn series, are mediocre at best.

Do the NG Users (primarily made up of non-artists) see this?

And should everything be high quality?

Should ametuers be able to upload shitty work for the purpose of feedback, encouragement after all that grueling work to help with spirits?

Do the NG Users see this?

Know what I do when I see a shitty non-spam animation that wasnt made with sprites, and poorly put together with a shitty plot?

I give them 5 stars and comment with help, tips, and encouragement to keep working.

Do the NG users do this?

Know what I do when I see obvious spam?

Rate 0 and tell him to stop wasting his time and make something of himself.

Do the NG users do this?

No, the encourage spam.

Fuck you Newgrounds.

Dont get me started on the double standards, ignorance, and shitty excuse for a art portal.

Waiting 2 months after my warranty expires to break.

So yeah, my greatest sourc eof entertainment cant read discs, after scouring the internet for solutions, realizing all were temporary, and that since i had this problem weeks prior...i was screwed.

Tech support (Now outsourced from Korea!....or China....or Taiwan, im unsure, either way, i cant understand them, and i pity them.) was useless.

So ive got options....buy a new xbox (just the core unit, as i can hook up my old stuff to it) of course thats 200$ with a 19-day warranty (lol wut?) or repair...thats 99.99 but has a 1 year warranty of course it takes 2 weeks.

BUT WAIT! theres more.

In our current financial situation, i can afford, nothing! I might be able to get it repaired november or december.

now heres the real kick in the ass, for christmas i wanted only 2 games, assassins creed 2, and left 4 dead 2, but iw anted them pre-ordered tog et bonus content. now thats OUT THE WINDOOOOOOW at best i can pull off ac2 non-pre-order by christmas, with a repaired xbox. then instead of spending spring/summer struggling to get: star wars battlefront elite squadron (psp) assassins creed bloodlines(psp) dead rising 2(360) Army of two: the 40th day (360) i can add left 4 dead 2 to the list. YAY.

Fuck me.....

If you want to help (no, not with cash, i know nobody wants to help with that, even me, but i got to) swing by this topic on my forums: http://www.crossedswords.yuku.com/topi c/180 and help keep me sane. At least until i can get my ps2 back.

RevsClan Twitter Question: Cmon @ValveNews can we get some info if there will ever be an update for Team Fortress 2 on the 360???

ValveNews Official Twitter:

@RevsClan Don't worry, they havent forgotten about 360, they want to compile all the updates together, so what you pay will be worth it

As i have said to people before, they will update after all the pc updates are complete, so that everything is final and complete.

Since i very rarely work with flash (CSC the movie is est. a few months-a year) and already make a comic, i decided to make a madness themed KKC (KrautKiller Chronicles) up on CSC (Crossed Swords Comics.)

I recently Merged both KKC and CSC to simply CSC (KKC issues will still be titled KKC and be strictly violence, guns, and KrautKiller) this will buff my archive (the first stuff is bleh, but theres a couple good ones in that thing) and make it easy for users and myself.

so hit up the comic at csc.smackjeeves.com

Quote of the Day

"why do we pity the dead?
are you churned by emotion from voices in your head?
(are you scared of the logic that swirls within your head)
look at all the living and you'll ask yourself why
oh why do we
pity the dead?
pity the dead!

well, you've seen the disease, suffering and decay,
and you whisper to yourself blissfully "it's okay"
and you still refuse the possibility
that the dead are better off than we"

I think its time I put in my two-bits on this thing.

It is for lack of a better word, the worst art hosting service out there. Its pretty bad when DeviantArt (the greedy self indulged shit pile it is) is better.

its far too strict and closed too truly be a "art portal" I mean, take for instance the terms of "unscouting" what exactly do they qualify as bad artwork? stuff like mine? or stuff like a certain professional (he does this for a living folks) "heart" style, which is very, very simplistic and easy, but also very fun and cool, and can border stick figures, mind you this guy is a fucking talented artist.

This falls under newgrounds being a complete hipocritical website, starters: adult imagery. Porn is a no-no unless the mods find it funny, thats great, cock jokes all around(truly its no different because its a joke). and of course, why the standards? newgrounds is already a breeding ground for spam and absolute donkey shit, why is the art portal so preserved and "innocent"? Do you expect people from your site already conformed to oen standard, to conform to obey two completely different standards at once? (and on the hipocrit note, being such a homophobic group and making visually graphic cock jokes IS a DOUBLE STANDARD)

for the most part i use the art portal for blatant self promotion, but for what it is, its a decomposing turd on the sidewalk that some weirdo shoved his cock(joke) into.

Quote of the day:

"Hes the farmers barren fields
The force the army wields
The expession in the faces
Of the starving children
The power of the man
Hes the fuel that drives the klan
Hes the motive and conscience
Of the murderer
Hes the preacher on t.v.
The false sincerity
The form letter thats written
By the big computers
Hes the nuclear bombs
And the kids with no moms
And Im fearful that
Hes inside me"

Anyone who knows me knows 3 Basic things: 1. I am a furry, 2. I am a Gamer, 3. G.I. Joe is possibly one of my favorite things ever.

As a child I spent most of my time not playing video games surprisingly, but had a stunning collection of G.I. Joes, and a PlayStation library of 7 games (only 2 of which were any good) I watched the original cartoon, and tried collecting as many of the characters as possible.

My cousin (You know him as KrautKiller in my comics, we'll call him KK for short.) Also collected G.I. Joes, we would even trade them, that said I collected a large collection of Cobra (The bad guys) while he had alot of the G.I. Joe team. KK is like a brother too me and we spent alot of time together (and still do) and only until a few years ago (when I got a PS2 and he got a Xbox) Did we start playing games together.

Now all that is said, you know im a fan of G.I. Joe, im familiar and in love with the original work, I will now lay down the review on G.I. Joe, the rise of Cobra.

I enjoyed the movie, deeply. Theres not much to say, they captured the essence of G.I. Joe while giving a decent story to Cobra's Rise to power, one much more believable than cobra commander getting the loyalty of the small town of springfield and having them all become a terrorist outfit.

I think everyone expects it to be as cheesy and spot on to the originals, and not what it is, its the cartoon put into a real world context, and i was overjoyed to still see out of this world tech and vehicles that just seemed so cheesy and wacky that its just "yeah right". Break it down and you have what made G.I. Joe, in a more "adult enjoyable" way, where people do actually die, and G.I. Joe and Cobra are neck and neck, with ninjas fighting in the middle of the street and gunfire flying down the paris streets.

Overall, it was awesome, the only things I dislike was cobra commanders mask, and the baroness's backstory.

I cant wait for the new movie.

Well..furries, basically if you ever wanted to ask a furry ANYTHING nows your chance, embarassing, awkward, weird, any questions just ask, ill answer via pm so you dont just reply, get a responce, and never visit my page again and dont see it. (you can also ask via pm if you dont want people to see)

I really want people to understand what furry is and isnt, whats true and untrue, you would be surprised how wrong most of you are.
